I practiced as a qualified Veterinary Nurse for nearly 10 years and have always had a passion for animals. I took up agility with my Jack Russell, Marley and spent four great years gaining experience in dog agility and handling. My enthusiasm grew and soon blossomed into teaching the amazing sport. I gained a qualification as an agility instructor and have been working with Hannah since we started our club and we are very proud of our achievements so far.
I started out as a Veterinary Nurse in 1997, after many great years practicing in a veterinary environment, I realised my main interests lay with dogs. Being that I love the outdoors and working with dogs, I took up agility and gained many years experience in handling dogs in this exciting sport. I then went on to get my qualification as an agility instructor and together Ellen and I started up Dingley Dell Agility Club.
Together, we work as a great team and get real satisfaction from training dog and handler and each week seeing the progression that is made.
We are also involved in annual local dog shows, including the RSPCA Woking and district and the West End Agricultural Show. These events give our club members a great opportunity to show off all they have learnt by participating in a display whilst having great fun with their dogs!
